"Filthy. Dishes all crusty and dirty. Dead roaches around the house. Few live spiders. Rips in their nasty wallpaper that could easily have be glued down at some point. Oh and 4 month old moldy bread in a drawer. This place is disgusting. Spend the extra money, go somewhere else."
