"This property is not safe for anyone! Very disgusting! The floors were black and you stuck to them ! None of the outlets worked in the place. No tv. Drug attacks everywhere. The pool was half full of green matter and frogs, possibly a dead body or two ! And the stink is unbearable!"

"Minimal staff, only the receptionist. No one tidied up my room or replaced towels or coffee supplies. My shower had what I think was pseudonymous growing in the corners and the floors were pretty dirty. The hallways smelled like wild oinions."

"Old and tired facilities. Dirty carpets in hallways. Bathroom door would not close because the entire frame was warped. Air conditioning in lobby was broken and swimming pool was closed because of repairs. Inadequate staffing for the breakfast, one person taking care of two facilities. There were two units at this location, one was for guests with pets, the other was for non pet . We were placed in the pet facility without given a choice. Horrible experience."

"Refrigerator didn’t work and informed front desk who said maintenance was on site she will have someone look at it. More than 24 hrs later called the front desk for an update but they were unable to supply any information. We were offered another room so we had to pack up and unpack again. Was told by staff member Bryson that we would receive a monetary compensation but we did not get anything for our inconvenience."

"The Retreat Center offered a fabulous opportunity for a midpoint stop. The location and property were stunning. The drive into the property offered great promise of a comfortable stay. The after hours check in was simple and the access to the room was right off the main driveway. Parking was easily accessible and close to the unit.
