After checking in, my room had a leak from the shower and reported it to the front desk. “What do you want me to do about it?” Was the response. Alerting maintenance was a suggestion, and since the rooms are small and the leak grew quickly I asked if there was another room.
We were moved to the 13th floor and no further issues with the room. Just keep in mind, the rooftop DJ will play so loud you will feel the bass through your walls, and two blocks down. I assume they wanted to attract customers to the bar. With the bar open til 10 or 2 am, expect that if you are a light sleeper. We played action movies at full volume just to block it out.
