"From the moment we entered the clerk was genuine, professional, and got us checked in quickly! Great price, clean, and great experience. Only one thing I would request. Breakfast had many choices and was delicious however, there was not any fruit. My only suggestion. Thank you very much! We enjoyed our stay! Great indoor pool and jacuzzi…opened 24 hours a day too!"

"Huge room! So much so the AC had trouble cooling it, but you just have to lower it more. Great bathroom and shower. Pretty good breakfast! Only issue was you couldn't get in the parking lot turning left. Definitely an experience! Probably more a Holladay problem. Staff was awesome!"

"Rooms were large and nice, Front desk staff and cleaning staff are great. Breakfast was a bit light but good. Only down fall were the heavy running foot steps of kids in the room above us but it was ok. The hall way carpet needs replaced heavy stains through out. But we will be back"

"The first night we were here there was no hot water. Had to wait until morning. The couch has cushions with frayed material. The bed has a bad spring on one side so it makes a noise getting in or out. Seems like they really need to start replacing furniture."

"This place is a scam! We booked for a softball tournament through a third party company. They attempted to put me into a room that I didn’t book, upon arrival. Staff was rude and stated I had to work it out through the third party company. The company stated the hotel was at fault and several times attempted to contact the property. I ended up telling the hotel to cancellation my reservation and not staying! They charged me for 4 nights stay and would not cancel my reservation, despite me not...

"The afternoon (check-in) desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was reasonably clean but ... zero amenities--no coffee pot, no hair dryer, no ... nothing you would expect even in a low-budget place. The place was listed as offering breakfast, but it does not. It has coffee and grab and go pastry. That's it. I asked for a room right off the parking lot (they do have them) because of having a lot of heavy things to bring in, and they gave me a room on the second floor in the back...

"I highly recommend the Pioche Village, as it’s been my home away from home while my place in Old Towne has been undergoing ongoing renovations and repairs for the past couple months. Great accommodations and amenities and located at an ideal location with easy access to the Unitas, Midway and Old Towne. AAAA++++!"
