"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, I was only about 10 minutes away from Universal Studios for Halloween Horror Nights. Parking was a little rough but not too bad. Would stay here again."

"The Rooms and lobby are freshly remodeled and look great inside! However, the noisy A/C would be a turn off for most people. The parking is VERY tight, do not recommend for people driving large trucks or SUVs."

"It was a quick walk to the park or the shuttle was available every 15 minutes. They have a gift shop/store inside the hotel, which was nice BUT had very overpriced energy drinks. Hotel offered bag storage before and after check out. Breakfast (which is an add on) was very good. Overall, 10/10 would recommend and will return."
