"We were at the Marriott for a one-night stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we never heard a plane, despite being so close to the airport. The property is an older property, but very nice and quiet. The staff were friendly and there are dining options on-site."

"the room itself was dirty. there was a blood stain hand print on the bathroom door. Writing all over the mirrors. When turning the shower on brown filthy water came out. All night long women of the night were sitting outside talking loudly keeping guests awake, and when they had a client they woke everyone up as well"

"Mildly Extended stay (four nights) and the room was exceptional. We requested, and were granted, connected rooms. The housekeeping was above average: we tried to be tidy but with several kids involved things sometimes got messy and it was always taken care of. The breakfast was wonderful, would recommend getting the buffet. The pool and hot tub were very accessible and our daughter went daily. Walking distance to Universal but we did utilize the provided shuttle one of our days as well. Staff in the restaurant even remembered our names from day to day. Overall very good stay, would recommend."

"As soon as I checked in, I knew I had made a mistake. The moment I walked into my room, I had to turn around and head straight back to the front desk. The room smelled strongly of marijuana, and unfortunately, so did the elevator and other common areas. I only stayed one night and ended up checking out early because I simply could not tolerate the conditions. Throughout the night, there were people arguing and fighting outside my room, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. The cleanliness was also unacceptable. I have photos of both the chair and the bed to document the condition of the room. The chair was so dirty that I refused to sit on it, and I barely felt comfortable sleeping in the bed. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of support from the staff, especially the manager. When I brought these concerns to his attention, he told me there was nothing he could do. He explained that they do not enforce their no-smoking policy because they simply charge guests after checkout if the room smells like cigarettes or marijuana. That response was shocking and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Between the strong odors, poor cleanliness, constant noise, and unhelpful management, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had."

"The hotel is charming and located in a wonderful small town, making it easy to explore the area. We especially enjoyed having a café right in the hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four. The only issues we encountered was that some of the sheets appeared to have stains on them and you could hear the people in the rooms around you. Aside from that, everything was clean and comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and are glad we chose this hotel. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting the area."
