Subways run well, however. Room large and airy, but you get nothing - no coffee/tea, no tissues. You have to pay for water. (Other hotels offered complimentary bottles). They did not even put out an extra roll of toilet paper. Staff was nice, breakfast was lovely but expensive. Parking lot a plus (15 euros/day) but...

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, the location was excellent, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. There is good parking available and the breakfast was ample each day.
A special mention goes to Valentine, who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Outstanding customer service and a real credit to the hotel.

"A great hotel in the north of Milan. It was very easy to go from there to the city center, but also to the MXP airport at our last day. Parking was no problem. The hotel is very well maintained, there are restaurants and shops around. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great. Je kon bij de receptie water,koud of bruisend water pakken en ook koffie. Kortom zeer goed geregeld. Als je een taxi nodig had (die trouwens goed te betalen zijn) regelde de receptie dat met 1 druk op de knop en in notime stond de taxi op de stoep.
