"I've stayed here MANY times and every time is great honestly. My only real complaints this trip is that one of the elevators isnt functioning leaving 1 elevator for the entire hotel. It took a really long time to get up to our room or down to the pool or to leave. The other thing was the large group of school aged children constantly in the main lobby area making checking in or simply getting past them challenging. (Not to mention their charter bus took up literally EVERY SINGLE dedicated parking spot at the rear of the building. We were fortunate enough to find the LAST parking spot available when we arrived around 4pm) I DID get the exact room I wanted though, the staff were awesome, breakfast was great. I'll drfinately still be back."
