"building is very old, though apt is considered clean. dryer is broken and could not be used. when I informed the receptionist regarding this matter, she told me that other guests had informed her days before and she thought the dryer will fix itself. Dryer was one of the reason we choose this property. will not come back. "

"Hotel T62 was an excellent hotel to stay in. Loved the decor, the rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. Nothing was too much of a problem for the staff. Staff spoke very good English, and the hotel is ideally situated across the road from the Budapest Nyugati station, tram station and bus stop. "This was excellent overall. The property is less than 6 months old so everything was modern and impeccably clean. Right besides the St Basilica so location for tourist to all of Pest and easy walk to the Chain Bridge to get to Buda. The breakfast was far better than expected and lots of variety. The best part was the staff. From the breakfast area who were so thoughtful for my wife’s gluten allergies to front staff and even the bar (where we had a fresh vegetable bowl that was delicious)....

When we arrived at our room, my girlfriend wanted to shower before our scheduled river boat trip. We realised there was no hairdryer in the room, so I asked a member of staff if one was available. He said he would go and get one for us. However, after waiting around 30 minutes with no update, I went to follow up and was then told there were none...
