"The Ice hotel/bar was incredible!!! You can walk through and view the rooms and ice dining. We stayed in an igloo and saw the Northern Lights. They have an alarm that alerts you if they appear. Theres a great sauna to use also. I loved this property! We stayed in the Igloo one night and it was perfect!"

"Staff were extremely helpful. Breakast was super. We had a newly renovated room with a river view which was spectacular, and bunk beds which proved very popular. Location was perfect, close enough to everything but far enough away to feel like your not in the city...a lovely mix. Overall a fabulous stay. Would definitely recommend, "

The hotel was stylish and well maintained and the room was very comfortable and of a good size and had everything we needed in it. The staff at the reception were all outstanding and super helpful.
