We recently spent a week at this hotel and it was amazing! The hotel in a newly restored historic building which has been beautifully designed - mixing the old and new together. The rooms are lovely and the pool is amazing - it has a spectacular view of the valley below. We didn’t have a lot of expectations as this hotel had no reviews when we booked, but we are so glad we decided to try it. Genuinely one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The staff are all super friendly and go above and beyond to help the guests. The location is perfect in the center of the island and it was a great base for exploring, you do need a car if you stay here. Overall this hotel is highly recommended and hopefully we’ll have a chance to return soon!

Such a beautiful, newly-opened property in the centre of Mallorca. We had a very warm welcome from Lisa, which was replicated by all the rest of the staff we met. The room was spacious, comfortable and luxurious and the grounds of the hotel and pool area were fabulous. The hotel is newly opened, so wasn't full, which was great for enjoying exclusive facilities! It did mean that the 360 bar wasn't open after dinner (presumably as there were too few guests on site). Breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant were very nice. Note that there is no casual 'snack' style menu at lunchtime. Local town of Sineu had a variety of restaurants (with parking) 10 mins drive away,

Newly opened and unestablished sadly. Beautiful location and great potential but hotel ownership seriously disappointing. Hotel staff (namely, William, Huyen & Rodika were exceptional) go truly above and beyond to accommodate stays in a hotel that is clearly not ready for guests and under ownership that has no idea how to run a hotel. It’s a great shame considering the potential that this hotel has given the location and architecture. Our stay was tainted by the ownership and sadly I wouldn’t return because of his unprofessional behaviour across the board. Perhaps if you’re not ready for guests don’t open? Or get a hotel manager, who is better versed in this field.
