"Room clean. Food, drinks and staff very good. A/C SO loud, I had to turn it off to sleep, then woke up sweating, ugh. Rooms need soundproofing, very noisy from hallway and other rooms. "I am used to a higher standard hotel. This is more of a motel style. However very clean. New sheets/pillows. Nice easy breakfast options. Staff was lovely, friendly & helpful with restaurants etc. Not fancy but walking distance to Nyack restaurants."

"Extremely run down!!!! Wallpaper was peeling in my room, bathroom vanity was in rough shape, tub was old, and the carpet was disgustingly gross!!!! Mattress seemed real old. Extremely disappointed for a Hampton inn!!!! Sidewalk is literally crumbling. Didn’t even have a diet soda for me to purchase. The eggs were like rubber pancakes."

"This hotel should not be operating in its current condition. The issue was not with the staff, who were polite, but with the state of the property itself and the apparent lack of ownership or management. The hotel felt neglected, poorly maintained, and unsafe. My first room was not properly cleaned or vacuumed. Several lamps were not working, and there were insects in the room. After I requested to be moved, I was assigned a second room, where I found visible mold on the curtains. The air in...

"The property is very old and dingy. I found the rugs to be dirty and the bathroom was moldy around the tub and shower. The TV only worked partially continuing to go in and out. I requested to change rooms and they did accommodate me to a better room. More than likely it is my last time at the hotel, even though it is very close to where I want to be."
