"The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious but not very clean. There were a few items that were missed. For example a cobweb that was left in the doorway. Some socks and food left behind by previous guests. However, the hotel is located a short walk from a key tram stop and was near several food places. I would say overall we had a good stay and it worked well for our family."

"We loved everything about this hotel, including that it cater for a family of 5 in the same room. However, we visited during a heat wave, while staying in the 4th floor; air conditioning wasn’t working properly in our room and reception couldn’t work the programming of it for us. Terrible night’s sleep."

"Freundliches Personal, sehr schöne und toll gelegene Anlage. Schön gestalteter Park, wird auch immer sauber gehalten. Die Häuser haben eine Dusche und eine Wanne, das ist sehr gut. Negativ war, dass die Möbel teilweise sehr abgewohnt (Stühle im Essbereich zerkratzt, Schrauben locker) und die Betten teilweise durchgelegen sind.
