Expensive to travel around. 40US per person for a taxi. Food choices not good. It’s Dutch Spanish and black dishes mixed. The local black staff made my stay very great even at the beach. But there is passive racism from the white not blatant like the US. Overall the stay was good I would go back.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bayside Boutique Hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything was welcoming, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We picked the Bayside Boutique Hotel for our honeymoon. It was the perfect choice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Our room was very clean and spacious. The property was beautiful and the beach was right there (you leave the reception area, walk across the parking lot and you're on the path to the beach). Restaurant, bar and snorkeling shop all on the beach. No lack of beach chairs. The hotel offered many nights of extra activites, lile learn salsa, learn tai-chi, bubbles and brews. We would love to go back!

The staff in the front end were fantastic. It was a pleasant welcoming check in. We noticed the floors were not thoroughly cleaned in the room but it was clean besides that. Breakfast was not very good was very expensive and limited only to their specific breakfast dishes. The beach is beautiful, plenty of loungers and the pool though small was very nice and relaxing Overall I probably would stay here again, it was very good time besides small percentage of staff members who were standoffish not too nice

The only good part of this hotel is that it’s close to the beach. The staff didn’t do much to show any appreciation for those celebrating special occasions. I’ve stayed in all over the Caribbean and usually the staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating but this front end staff was very laidback and gave a sense of do it yourself feel to the place.

My wife and I stayed at Bayside Boutique Hotel. All the staff were wonderful, but a special shout-out goes to Queenie and Melissa. The hotel is in a large gated resort called Blue Bay, which is so huge it requires a car to get around (tip: rent from R&R). The hotel is right next to the stunning Blue Bay beach. It has 38 rooms built on the side of a hill, where rooms 1xx are on the same level as the restaurant, 2xx are on the same level as the pool, 301-304 share a small balcony overlooking the pool, and 401-404 have large private balconies. We were in 402, so lots of climbing up stairs, but worth it for the view. A road at the side of the hotel has ample free parking, so we could park almost right outside our room and avoid all those steps. We had a bedroom with safe/TV, living room with couch/TV, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a large bathroom with separate bath/shower/double sinks. Electrical outlets are 240v and accept 2 cylindrical prongs, so north Americans need a converter and adapter. Every morning we had a wonderful cooked breakfast included in our package, and a choice of restaurants at the beach serving everything from snacks to fine dining. Just outside the resort is Baby Monkey food truck (good burgers), Centrum grocery store, and Sambil shopping center. In summary, Curacao is a wonderful place to visit, and Blue Bay is a beautiful resort with an outstanding beach. Within the resort, there’s no better place to stay than Bayside Boutique Hotel. Enjoy!

It’s a beautiful Hotel on one of the most beautiful Beaches of Curaçao. We booked a room with a “basic kitchen” but it had nothing to cook on. So the staff understood our needs (feeding an 11 month Baby) and gave us a Microwave at first and then an upgrade to a room with kitchen when it was available. We are very gratefull with the staff, we had a great time at Bayside Boutique.

It was such a lovely hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and kind and the hotel is just minutes away from the beach! Plus the restaurants were wonderful and the hotel even had special events to include the guests so they could get to know each other. It was just wonderful and I'd recommend it to anyone!
