The room was very clean. Daily maid service was not expected, and very much appreciated. The grounds are immaculate and always cared for. Our only disappointment was the amount of truck traffic and noise in the Garden area due to large s ale construction going on further up the road.

The hotel was clean and very spacious. It is nicer than you see in the pictures. The kitchen was fully equipped and in good conditions. The staff was polite.The pool is rite in front of the room with is very convenient but you will have to drive by car if you want to go to the beach specially if you are with kids. We have included breakfast. The menu is limited but it was well prepared. The room hasnt any protection for the mosquito, and the windows are not 100% closed, the window are in a ventilation structure which the mosquitos can enter to the room easily. If you have kids you have to go prepared with repellent and room repellent equipment.

Reservations were made for us to be picked up at the airport by 24/7 car service, and we had to wait as they had to look for our information when reservation was made a week before for car service. The resort was clean, some of the ladies at the front provided awesome service Like Danyella. The website needs to state a car is mandatory for the resort. We did not have a car and had a breakfast package included in our package and did not have any way of getting to the location or beach which was like 5 minutes by car. It was never mentioned or reiterated by the lady that checked us in (Gilly) When we ask to be picked up to go to the beach or to have breakfast, we received push back stating only if someone is available and it's not guaranteed like if we was bothering them. We had to hire a driver to come on the resort to take us to the beach and restaurant on the resort, even the driver stated it does not make sense to pay when its free for them to take you. I ask for a refund for my breakfast package we had two more days left and th when we saw a shift in the ladies at the front being extra nice. The staff and bar members tended to the white people before they tended to us and that is not a good way of treating people. Our last day there we did not have breakfast/ Everyone should be treated fairly, and we did not receive that from Blue Bay Curacao Gold and Resort outside of that the Villa was beautiful. Overall, I will not be visiting this place again.

As a solo traveler I wanted to try a different type of stay and went for the apartment experience. The resort is nice but very spaced out so I found myself further from the beach than I would have preferred (my apt was in the gardens). The staff is definitely kind; I do think communication could be improved when scheduling airport transport, no one responded when I reached out for my arrival. Upon departure I was able to make my request, but I did have to reach out again because they seemed to have forgotten I requested to be picked up from my room first (due to luggage) but my taxi after checkout was there and waiting on time. There were also days when 2-3 times a day someone would stop by to try to replenish towels and while I appreciate their attentiveness each person seemed to be unaware that my room had already been attended to. Only the bedrooms are air conditioned and while the living room has the doors that can be opened to let a great breeze in the mosquitos (especially at night) prevent that a bit at least for me. The resort is very forthcoming about the ants and mosquitos but even upon arrival with no food left out and the trash empty they were pretty rampant in the kitchen only and as someone who really dislikes bugs it just made me avoid the area. The private pool is shared amongst those staying in that area and is therefore in need of more pool chairs, there were 8 but 2 were broken. Overall, I think this would be a cool stay for a family with a car.

This was a nice everything in one, family friendly resort! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. It was the perfect 5 day getaway to celebrate my daughter’s birthday!

The staff was amazing. It was hard to move around the property as they no longer rent golf carts but if you call they’ll come & take you anywhere. We had some ants and saw a few roaches in our garden apartment.
