"The staff were unfriendly and not helpful!
The house keepers were terrible!!! They didn't clean our room properly, left the pillows on the top of the coffee table and fridge. They didn't bother to take the used cups or refill the water.
They wanted us to leave the room around 9:30 am so they could vacuum and clean the room. They were happy when we stayed longer.
At breakfast, the supervisor that asked for our room number ar the check in was so unfriendly and she looked always unhappy and...

Lit très confortable, cafetière et bouilloire, dosettes de café, de lait et sachets de thé très appréciables. La salle de bain semblait propre au premier regard mais quelques cheveux se trouvaient dans la douche et le soir même de notre arrivée, les toilettes commençaient déjà à sentir l urine.
