"Quinta Velha’s a gem tucked in Sintra’s hills, about a 10-minute walk from Pena Palace and the village center. It’s a small, upscale B&B on two hectares of forest, with a cool mix of old Portuguese charm and modern touches—think restored 1800s beams paired with sleek furniture. We stayed in one of the six suites, which felt cozy and private, like a boutique hideaway. The place was redone in 2019, so everything’s fresh but still has history. "Set in a beautiful location overlooking the Atlantic, it is a lovely place. Not too far from Sintra or Lisbon, it still feels quite removed. The room was very nice, and the bed very comfortable. Connecting to WiFi was a challenge, and unworkable from our room. Taxi service was also a challenge. But overall, we enjoyed our brief stay. "

"La zona es súper tranquila,muy buena carretera hasta Sintra,en frente hay un mercado local con productos de la zona.Andando hay varios restaurantes y terrazas.Parking privado gratuito,la piscina de agua salada está genial,aunque sea pública no está para nada masificada.A 5 minutos en coche un supermercado continente.La atención de recepción excepcional.Varios sitios de interés a mínutos en coche.Para nosotros familia de 4 personas un acierto."

"What a great place to end a hectic vacation. This may have been a last minute decision but it was a good one. We were met by friendly and gracious owners and staff.
