"Location was excellent. The staff was great. Very comfortable bed. Note that there is no elevator. For breakfast you order one of four choices and it is delivered to your room. If you like coffee order two cups."

"Awesome flat, awesome area.
The view was beautiful, very peaceful flat, close to couple of restaurants + 1 small supermarket. We could just highly recommend it ! "

"A TOP place to stay.
Easy and smooth check-in and availability from the staff at the office which is 2 steps away from where you are staying.
Well equipped kitchen, beautiful balcony furniture to enjoy the outdoors.
MOST important is the location...PERFECT ...convenient with bus stop in front of the building to go in the old down, grocery store, café, bar and bakery almost at your door and then 200 meters from the beach and the boardwalk.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

"The room was clean with panoramic ocean views.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Supermarket aprox 500 to 600 m away.
Elevation very high, long walk or very long steep stairs to reach sealevel."

"We stayed in room 1 for 1 night. Modern and clean. No view but well placed in the centre. Lovely breakfast provided, brought to our room.
Only downside was the parking. As we didn't get a reply to our message about parking we paid for 24 hour parking, none of which could be refunded. It is best to just get enough parking until your check in time as they then provide some parking which they pay for. This would be necessary anyway as there's nowhere to pull up and offload your luggage."

"This is a perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik. It’s in the heart of old town. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Dubrovnik. It was clean, well situated, and the owner was very nice.
I will warn that it is at the top of a great set of stairs. We don’t travel light so carrying our suitcases to the very top was a great challenge. Also, cars cannot go into old town, so you’ll have to walk 10 minutes to get to the apartment."

"The apartment is perfectly located within the old town. Easy to get to from two of the city gates, around a five minute walk from both. It's in a quiet position, yet close to restaurants, shops and city attractions. Check in and out was really straight forward, kept us fully informed throughout, also arranged our airport transfers. The accommodation was clean but basic, the small kitchen had no hot water, bathroom was tight to use. Finally the bed was too big for the room, had trouble getting...
