By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. "Property is located in the small Spanish Village of Les. Great Mountain View’s in all directions The hotel is centrally located, close to multiple cafés, bars and a few restaurants that are right along a watershed that runs through the village. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and I got one four parking spots right out front. Stayed two nights and caught the Tour de France in Bagneres de Luchon. "Appartement petit pour six personnes, il y a peine le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La salle d'eau est correct. Mais la nuit il y a des bruits de goutte d'eau qui deviennent très pénibles. "Do not recommend for non-Spanish speakers. The hosts are lovely and the hotel is nice and clean, but communication for English speakers is tricky. Maybe if you speak French or Italian it could also work, but just FYI, none of the staff speak a word of English. But it’s pretty much like that in the entire Val d’Aran."

"Super moment chez Eric et Corine , la bâtisse est incroyable avec une superbe vue sur les Pyrénées ! Ils sont adorables et plein de bons conseils. Un petit déj qui vaut le détour , des produits locaux et de qualité. Des pièces de vie remplies de livres et jeux de société pour un moment de détente. Bien qu’habitant à Toulouse , nous avons été complètement dépaysé Nous y reviendrons ! "
