We did have an issue with the AC but we were accommodated extremely nicely and they fixed the issue right away. Great buffet. We are muslim and they had halal options available, labeled as well. They can also shuttle you to popular locationa like Patong. It is far from the airport but time flies as the drive is scenic. We got the 2 bedroom villa. It was perfect and amazing. "I stayed for 2 nights in this hotel, this hotel have a staff that can speak english very well and they are very helpfull.. I stayed in room with jacuzzi inside the room which added a romantic ambience.. This hotel was also has infinity pool that got view to the sea.. Also if you want to go to patong, this hotel give you free shuttel evey 2 hours.. thanks for great experience.."
