"Excellent Hotel. Located close to many of the main sites in Madrid. Only negative was finding the parking garage. Drove past it initially when we arrived b/c it is not very well marked and traffic near and around the hotel is insanely congested. We were stuck in a turning lane, had to turn right and it took over an hour to work our way back to the parking garage."

"Really enjoyed our stay at Libere. The amenities and cleanliness of the room were spectacular. I love how easy it was to check-in. The location was perfect! Only a 4 minute walk to the Metro. Shops and restaurants were so easy to access and you could see a little bit of everything. My fiancé and I were very impressed with this location. We will definitely recommend this location to friends and family. We would be happy explore one of their many locations again!"

"When selecting our room & it indicated city view i was under the impression we would be on a higher floor. When finding out we were going to be on the 1st floor. I was a little disappointed & when the receptionist realized & attempted to provide a different option. What was mentioned was 3rd floor smaller room, now why would I want to move to a higher floor but have a smaller room. I paid for the size room to accommodate me & my wife. Honestly would have preferred a better option regarding floor...
