"The place is clean. But it’s definitely a different vibe than the pictures. Staff wasn’t rude but didn’t go out of their way to help me or anything. Stayed on my own and had to park car and bring luggage around by myself. And then had the security guard joke that the buckingham wing my room was in is the haunted section…. I know the hotel has a reputation of being haunted but to tell a girl that’s obviously by herself? I was too freaked out to sleep the entire first night I stayed."

There is a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel and a bakery at the corner of the same block if youre in town for a quick visit or business I would recommend it, if you plan id for leisure then go with the other Hilton."

"Serves the purpose of a place to crash for a stay in the city but small room, only two elevators for floors 11-41 (not in their control but unbearably slow and inconvenient if there were ever an incident). For how many options are available, you can certainly find better and likely at a better price point. "
