"This might be my new favorite Chicago hotel! We booked it due to proximity to the arena and that was fantastic but I was blown away by the polite, accommodating service. The breakfast buffet that is constantly refreshed, the gym with wonderfully operating equipment. Our room was spacious and comfortable. So much to love about this historic property!"
