"The location was convenient, but unfortunately the security and hospitality were very disappointing. During our stay, a master key was left unattended right outside our room, which is a serious safety concern. I brought the key to the front desk to make them aware of the issue, but the staff was dismissive and avoided taking responsibility, instead blaming the cleaning team. What was most concerning was their lack of urgency or willingness to properly address the situation. They did not make any effort to reassure us or investigate further. Our room door also did not have a secondary lock, meaning anyone with that key could have easily accessed our room. Because of this, I felt stressed and worried throughout the rest of our stay. The lack of accountability and concern for guest safety made the experience very uncomfortable overall."

"Air conditioning was not working. Could not sleep because it was extremely hot. Everything else seemed fine, but without AC it is hard to rest."

"Only stayed 1 night to catch flight in the morning, the room was small but all I needed. Bed was ok. The night receptionist was great he was very polite spoke great English and helped with everything I needed, exactly how a hotel employee should be. Breakfast was adequate all in all very happy for what it was"

"Friendly staff who spoke English, particularly Omer was very helpful. Everything was as expected, clean and basic. Shower tap was broken and noisy road traffic at night but very good for the price overall. Should expect about 800 TL for a taxi from the airport. Taxi driver tried to scam us for $200 so follow Google Maps yourself. Omer helped us resolve the issue. Thank you to the friendly staff."
