"Great location. Loved the old feel of the architecture. The hallways felt a little shabby but once you got to the room everything was refreshed and new and very nice. The valet was very helpful and extremely nice and friendly."

"Hotel is just the 40th floor of a financial building Security for the building was rude staff for actual hotel was delightful AC in the rooms works amazing but rooms have a significant amount of elevator(maybe) noise We had fire alarm testing one morning which was unfortunate Overall decent experience but nothing that would bring me back to stay there next time we are in Chicago"

"Rooms are small and dismal; carpets are well worn. Hotel offers no food or coffee or water. Location is good, but that’s the only real positive to this hotel; it’s not a nice place to stay nor a good value."
