"We stayed 3 nights -The customer service was excellent- Janise was very friendly and helpful from start to finish! She even gave recommendations for food establishments in the area. We didn’t get to use much of the property amenities but it all looked clean."

"This was my first time staying at a Hilton hotel and it far exceeded my expectations. I had a suite and I didn’t know it so it was a pleasant surprise. I also had a kitchenette with everything except a stove, a separate door for the bedroom, and a view of the city. It was about a 12 minute walk from Bank of America Stadium. It’s right next to a Whole Foods and I didnt have an issue with getting DoorDash even late past midnight. I clean every room that I purchase but this is the first room I didn’t have to disinfect. The front desk staff were all nice and even showed me how to get my rewards started. They also validated parking which is included in the incidental fee which makes so much more sense from how other hotels do it. I absolutely loved it. I have stayed in 12 different hotels in the past year and this one is probably top 2. I will definitely be staying again."

"I can’t say enough good things about the Omni hospitality team. Alex was friendly and helpful (valet). Debbie was so fun to talk to and the club 14 lounge was spotless with tasty food. Keisha was my room service attendant and she had fantastic suggestions for entertainment and the service was superb. Clarissa was the most welcoming and she answered questions about the hotel and made me feel right at home. I was impressed with the entire experience, I will be back."

"The new building looks great but it’s lots of plastic and polyester, cheap. The worst feature was the parking garage which is not part of the hotel, so you can’t simply quickly collect your car. You need to text, give your complete information- name, room, email, address, 2 verifications before you get the car, which arrived with the hood opened. tab -$50."
