When she called me back she said the manager couldn’t get a maintenance company out and they couldn’t move me to a comparable room. The manager said there was nothing more they could do. No offer to help. No consideration at all. I would not recommend this place. "

"Knight's Inn wasca pleasant stop. Staff was friendly. My chihuahua didn't cause any concerns. Room was large (2 beds) with a/c, and small fridge. Bathroom shower was wonderful after long day on the road. Bring charger plug ins... i didn't have one with me so no way to charge phones. Gave 4 stars only because there were some VERY noisy guests with kids running around, and honking horns (locking vehicle doors?) until after 12:30 AM, and then back at it before 7:30 AM. Sleep was cut short. All...

" Great location—that’s the only positive I can honestly mention. Unfortunately, the room looked much larger in the photos than it actually was. It was very cramped with no space for suitcases. Also, the price unexpectedly increased from $175 for two nights to $219 with no explanation. The office closes at 6 PM, and we ended up leaving for another city without getting an answer about the price change."
