"The staff is amazing and so personable. Most hotels are a bit “put off” when traveling with pets, not this place! They even gave us a special sign for the door indicating my pup was in the room. The night clerk made cookies, breakfast was really good, and the place was so clean you could smell it when walking in. It’s also located within walking distance of nice restaurants. Loved everything about this hotel."

"Cons: This place is run down and disgusting. My shoes actually got stuck to the floors in my room several times. There was a dirty sock from a previous guest on the floor. The hallways had a shopping cart in it. The rooms was super musty and stinky, i don't think they run the air conditioning most of the time so it probably is moldy, and it certainly smelled like it. The orange juice was nasty, I'm not sure it was orange juice. The overall vibe was extremely sketchy, it looked like a place drug...

"Upon my arrival I checked in as normal. The reception gave me my room key arriving to my room. I opened the door and someone was already staying in the room that I was checked into. I went back downstairs, spoke with the attendant at the desk and told him someone was already in that room. He apologize gave me another room upon arriving that room the room smell of mildew and water damage went back downstairs got another room when I finally got checked into the last room I pulled the sheets back...

"My best friend and I took a little get away and went to the spa and had the best massage I’ve ever had. The room was clean and the service was amazing. We ordered room service and the food and service was so wonderful! I will definitely be back this is one of the best hotels I have been too!"
