"The property checkin process was quick. The property is clean and spacious. The property serves a fulI breakfast which is convenient. The pool hours are great 1p-10p with a good size. The property has a large lobby/lounge area good for eating breakfast or playing games with family and friends. I wasn't pleased with my room assignment located across from the laundry. It was loud and staff kept the exit door propped open until 8pm. I didn't like that felt a bit unsafe so I kept my door locked. The...

"everything was excellent here,,,hot water for showers,,counter help was great only con,,48 people for the airport morning shuttle that seats 12,,lots of people left behind....MR Hilton cant afford a bigger shuttle van....probably SHAREHOLDERS told him not too"

"The staff here was very helpful, the rooms were very clean as well. The refrigerator was already cold when we got there. There isn't much else to ask for really!"

"Breakfast was very minimal, just muffins and oatmeal. The bathroom door was broken such that you couldn’t open it from the inside. So if you traveled by yourself you would get stuck in the bathroom."

"Very nice. As long as I can get the room comfortable-I'm good!Such was the case with this room. No issues. No loud neighbors, decent breakfast. No complaints. My partner forgot her toothbrush; the staff gave her a new one ! I asked the staff where the ice machine was(I was on the first floor)she said 3d and 5th floors As I headed for the elevator she said "here,we've got an ice machine down here. Let me get you some ice! Very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!"

"I paid to stay at the property, so parking should have been included and should not have been charged separately. However, I was charged a self-parking fee, which I believe was applied in error. If the charge was intentional, then I strongly believe the hotel should reconsider this policy, as charging paying guests an additional fee for parking is unreasonable and detracts from the overall guest experience."
