"Small, no customer service."

"This is a basic property. Virtually no lobby and nominal amenities. That said- Bed was comfortable and clean as was bathroom with a nice sized shower and good rain head. Hair dryer, iron and board and hangers all provided. But property is getting a little worse for wear. broken furniture in lobby, scuffed walls in room. Be warned the luggage locker/closet they have FILLS UP by mid-morning and then you are S.O.L. storing luggage. If you are checking out and need to store belongings highly recommend checking out EARLY. Also we experienced poor communication over Expedia direct messaging regarding late check-out. Be sure to verify upon check-in if you need it. Not a fan of virtual/app door keys either but I guess that's the thing now. Won't be staying here again."

"This was our first time in NYC and staying at the Ace Hotel came highly recommended by a family friend! It did not disappoint - great location in mid-town, just a short walk away from all major subway stations and the Empire state building, making our trip super accessible and easy to navigate. The main lobby itself is just such a vibe and is always bustling with people having coffee, drinks or working. Our Medium King room was nice and spacious, the bed/pillows were super comfy and the room/bathroom was perfectly clean. Loved coming back to a freshly made-up room at the end of the day exploring the city. Front desk staff were also super friendly and helpful. Only thing to note was that our room’s A/C had a loud, ongoing rattle that woke us up a couple times. Will definitely be back!!!!"

"The staff was very accommodating! We didn't like the rom, due to the cleanliness and they were able to put us in a better room( It was out anniversary, so being in a AWESOME room was needed! The best breakfast was at Crave... we eat there and was very surprise at the food available for our stay. "
