"The room was clean, but no cups to match the kettle. Water went off unexpectedly. Manager seems angry and I could not find any staff that spoke English to assist me with my needs. Excellent location, comfortable bed and nice patio."

"Location was good, resort rooms/apartments need work as the are aged and run down, only 1 kayak didn’t leak, no bikes, grounds and pool/deck was good, iguanas are locked in a small cage with nothing and overcrowded (should be at least a small bird aviary with a tree/shrub them in it), food was good, u have to ask for rooms to be serviced (u might get it). We had no water a few times and couple of nights, Beach was good. "

"Absolutely stunning jungle/ river property, lush and green. The large house is very spacious. It was comfortable in the July weather. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family. - no fly...

"Hotel has no elevator so need to climb 1 or 2 floors, with luggage if there’s no porter. Location quite near beach cafes and bars. Walking distance to city’s only shopping mall. Hotel rooftop has good view of sunsets. There’s a karaoke room and small coffee cafe in lobby "

"Pool was dirty with us pulling out dead crabs and lizards. There was no shade around the family pool. "

"We had a little villa with a spa bath and our own sunbeds directly in front of the terrace right at the shore. Overall, the villa is well laid out, and furnishings and decor are pleasant to look at. Our mattress was a bit worn and overdue for renewal and the pillows weren't great. The aircon was quite loud and squeaky.
