"Staff was friendly, stay was average. Reserved a balcony room but was put in a downstairs room with a patio that had all of our windows facing the common courtyard so we had zero privacy if the curtains were open, the mattress in the room was extremely soft so if you have any back issues it will not do you any favors. I would stay again but it wouldn't be my first choice. "

"Better get there as soon as possible to get your room they will give it away quick . Needed a handicapped room they gave it away because we got there at 9pm to stay the night . Did recive a nother room on 4th floor that was handicap . Just makes me upset that they gave my booked room up so fast to someone else. "

The room was clean, but I did not get the room pictured when I originally reserved. Also, it shows that they have a hot tub on amenities, and people commented in reviews that it was nice. That was my main reason for booking, but there was no hot tub, only a kiddy pool, and the pool itself was freezing; I couldn't even get in. We tried to cancel after the first night because it wasn't as advertised, and we were told we wouldn't be refunded."

"The room was very bare bones without any extras, and was not fully cleaned upon check-in. The hotel gym water filler was inoperable, and there was a flat bench but no dumbbells. The entire hotel smelled of smoke, despite advertising that it was a smoke-free property. Overall, it could have been worse, but it was just satisfactory."
