"The building is gorgeous and the staff are beyond wonderful. This hotel is also in a very convenient spot: it is not too far from the airport, there is a bus stop to Knossos Palace right across the street, and it is a short walk away from sites (i.e. Morosini fountain, the Venetian Loggia). We had a sea-view room and it was beautiful!"

"We arrived 2 hours too early, but that wasnt a problem. We were greeted with a cold mocktail and could check in immediately. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Room was very clean, modern and spacious. Kitchen was perfectly equiped. We had an amazing view of the see and mountainbikers (not every room has this). Amazing accommodation with 2 pools, enough beds and every pool has a great bar. We did eat once at the buffet, which has a good selection of food, good quality and friendly service....

"Stayed at Ibis Styles Central and unfortunately the experience fell short. The front desk attitude gave off a bad vibe and felt unfriendly throughout our stay. On top of that, the elevator was out of service the entire time, making it a real struggle to get our luggage up to the front desk area. "The hotel was lovely. Our room was very spacious with a living area and bathroom (with shower) separated by a door from the bedroom with king size bed and another bathroom (with soaking tub). The only challenging part was parking.We had to illegally park to unload the car and then drive it down to the port parking lot. It was about a five minute walk back to the hotel.
