"Vi troede vi ankom til et hotel med service, men blev modtaget af en nøgle på en kommode, med en beskrivelse af hvor vi fandt vores værelse, var lovet et værelse i anneksbygning, fik et kælderværelse, fugtigt ilde lugtende, bad uden udluftning, spærret nødudgang. Alle billeder af værelset, havde ikke noget som helst at gøre med virkeligheden at gøre. IIfølge bookningen, skulle vi komme til en overnatning med restaurant, masser af muligheder, vi kunne ikke engang få et glas vand, alt var lukket,...

They told us child is not invlusded so they charged us 200DKK extra but it was in the booking, they told us they recwivwd reservation only for 2 adults but no child and Hotel.com will return the payment that one. 2. There is a lot of smell in the room and toilet, even small insects in the reeom enen 1 was in the blanket, there is a lot of dust and dirty things in the window door. It was 1 of the bad hotel ever I seen."
