"The house was very clean and amenities were great. The only downside to this stay is the wind is VERY loud at night. Just be aware if you are a light sleeper :)"

"It’s great! However, you have to remember many rules while there. I noticed a little double standard when it comes to phone usage. We spent a full week at the property and we felt policed about phone usage 24/7, when to use the swimsuit, when not to use the swimsuit, when to use the towel, when not to use the towels, which stairs I am allowed to use and which I am not allowed to use. The spa police will get into the steam room and sauna and make you get naked if you are wearing the swimsuit. The...

"October seems to be a bit rainy. Missed out on the Northern Lights...but that's no one's fault but mother nature. Overall a great property, and the food was delicious."

"Todo estuvo perfecto! Muy amable el staff, desayuno muy bueno y la habitación siempre estuvo limpia."

"Visited at off-season (late Sept) so the main check-in desk was not closed, but luckily bumped into the staff and was helped out with the process. If that person wasn't around I probably still been trying to figure out what to do. Restaurant was also closed for the season, so I basically went across the way, next hotel over for dinner. Resort is good, right on the water. There were units being updated w/ carpenters working -for next season, I presume. *note* Be careful on the driveway as...

"The igloo was very cosy but a bit small for four of us as a family. The kitchen has everything you needed and the delivered breakfast food was a real treat, healthy and delicious. We didn’t realise we had booked for the end of season so nothing apart from our room was operational and we didn’t get to use any of the facilities or any of the fun things which was disappointing. Also this accommodation is a little way out of town so if you don’t have a car you need to spend money on transport. Some...

"Unglaublich tolles Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmern jeweils mit eigener Sauna und zusätzlich noch einer großen Sauna mit Whirlpools direkt am See. Frühstück unglaublich gut und sehr abwechslungsreich. Anlage top gepflegt und sehr schön gelegen. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Das Gourmet-Restaurant ist auch sehr zu empfehlen, das Abendessen war sehr gut."
