"The place was clean, the staff were helpful and nice to my dog. I love that they allowed my dog to stay with us. Right across the street from a park where I could walk the dog. The building was under renovation and unfortunately, our newly renovated shower leaked all over the place. Room 609 for anyone from the hotel who is monitoring this."

"Our stay was great. The hotel was cute and cozy, almost like staying the night at a friend's or family member's. The room was clean, modern, and spacious; the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay."

"I think Sharonda is manager on duty at the time and she was lovely. We had to check in early but the staff were amazing. Breakfast was pretty cool and pool was open. Besides the water damage we noticed on the ceiling, rooms had kitchenette and seating area surprisingly spacious. The whole property was well kept and we would stay again. Again, staff was amazing."

"Enjoyed staying at this beautiful historic hotel in Seneca Falls. Was a quiet and relaxing place to stay for the night. We were a bit surprised to find no one staffing the hotel desk after 6pm. We had to call a phone number to request extra blankets and it took a long time to receive them. Other than that little hiccup, overall a great experience. Would definitely stay again if in the area."
