"1 min walk from Skiathos harbour bus stop.This hotel is just before you get to town & harbour.Everything is within easy walk- you can take harbourside walk into town or be adventurous and take back streets. "This hotel is in the best location for getting around Skiathos. Restaurants, tavernas, bars and clubs on your doorstep. A short walk to the port and harbour and convenient for the bus stops 0 and 4 to get to any of the beautiful beaches. Alex was super helpful and arranged a transfer to pick us up from the airport. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have everything you need, including free safe and air con. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a base to explore the island."

"I loved how clean the room was and modern looking. Having a balcony was wonderful. It’s approximately two blocks from the port which was quite convenient and in the old part of town. Located walking distance from the shops, restaurants, bus and taxi stop but enough distance to enjoy quiet nights. I came with my daughter and we had a wonderful stay. They cleaned the room daily and every two days provided clean towels. My only complaints are, staff are around until 4 pm, there’s no phone in the...

"La struttura si trova vicino a Skyatos Town, noi avevamo la macchina a noleggio quindi nessun problema, non adatta per chi viaggia con i mezzi pubblici. Lo studio essenziale e pulito. Esterno molto curato. Vista mare e città molto bella dal giardino. Per noi che l'abbiamo usata come base per visitare l'isola, sistemazione ottima."

"Great one night stay at Hotel Mato. Traditional old Greek house where the lady owner was so helpful and friendly. We had a room at the top of the house (up a spiral staircase) which had a spacious balcony with amazing views of the port. Lovely traditional Greek breakfast. The location is fantastic for Skiathos old town and the ferry port. Would recommend (as long as you like cats - she has tons them! ) "
