"The room was clean and smelled good upon entry. I had chosen this hotel because they served breakfast and had a laundry facility. We were traveling for greater than a week and needed the laundry facilities. Upon arrival, only one of the four sets of washers/dryers were in service. Then the change machine did not work. When asking at the front desk if they could make change so I could finish my load that was already in the wash, they could not provide coins but would send the maintenance man to check the change machine. They just put an 'out of order' sign on that machine too. I had to go to a local store a mile away, stand in line to get extra change. This was quite disappointing and frustrating! Breakfast was served later on the weekends, and unfortunately, we had early appointments on the weekend, so only took the food to go. It would have been nice to have fresh fruit or yogurt, or muffin along with the eggs, potatoes, and pancakes. It was functional, but the service was definitely lacking."

"Horrible. The sofas looked torn up. Breakfast was basic. Nothing too exciting, just the usual eggs, waffles and cereal. Staff wasn’t really that attentive. Asked for housekeeping twice and never got it. Never again at this hotel "

"The embassy suite was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast and evening snack was really nice and the service was excellent. The only thing I can think of that I wish was different was in the courtyard where breakfast is served it was WAY TOO COLD. Like freezing while trying to eat breakfast. "

"A really nice & big suites, high ceiling. Comfortable bed. Very clean rooms & bathrooms, & they are using Dove products. Easy to find parking spot. Breakfast pretty good, limited selection but it’s ok, you’ll still get full & satisfied. Very clean inside & outside the property, safe neighborhood. Will definitely come back or stay in their hotel if they ate available in other place."

"The room was very spacious and tasteful. Very updated bathroom. Well soundproofed- it’s next to Orange County Airport and we couldn’t hear any airplanes or traffic noise. Staff was very helpful suggesting local restaurants. Comfortable beds. Convenient parking. Really enjoyed our overnight stay. "
