It depends always on what the purpose of the trip is, but for very long distance travelers, some more advice of how rent a car is a must arriving to the port, would be a plus. Otherwise you loose time.

Lovely apartment overlooking harbour

We stayed in one of the two top floor apartments, the one with the very large outside terrace. This was equipped with table, chairs and sunbeds. We asked if it was possible to have towels for the sunbeds and these were provided. The terrace is shaded and has a beautiful view of the sea and harbour. Apartment is newly fitted and everything very clean. Maid came in each day to clean, make the bed, empty bins etc. Sheets were changed every other day. Kitchen area was great for preparing breakfast and snacks, but if you actually wanted to cook a full meal you might need a little more equipment. Good size fridge with small freezer. Bed was king size and comfortable. Bathroom with shower cubicle. Air con worked very well and was quiet. Top floor apartments are accessed from the floor below by an outside open staircase which wasn't a problem for us but might be for someone elderly or young children. A little bit awkward to get luggage up and down. The village itself has a few good restaurants, a bakery, a couple supermarkets, beach bar and ATM. Two gravel beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas are either side of the harbour, just a few minutes walk. There are a few buses a day going along the coast to various beaches, Skopelos town and Glossa. Domitrios is very helpful and arranged taxis for us on arrival and departure. He can also arrange car hire if required. Really enjoyed our stay, the only thing that would have made it even better was some comfortable mattresses for the sunbeds!

Fantastic one bedroom apartment

Gorgeous apartment with lovely balcony overlooking harbour. Apartment was spotless and cleaned every day apart from first Sunday. Bedding and towels changed every alternate day. Dimitri was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend these apartments.

Philoxenia pur!

Ein wunderbares Appartement Haus direkt am Hafen. Auf der Terrasse vor dem Zimmer sitzen und eine Tasse Kaffee trinken und dabei auf die Boote und das Treiben schauen... Herrlich! Dimitri ist ein perfekter Gastgeber und versucht einem jeden (realistischen) Wunsch zu erfüllen. Ob Taxi, Restaurant, Scooter, Auto oder Bootsverleih. Überall sehr gute Empfehlung ohne jemals das Gefühl haben zu müssen übervorteilt zu werden. Und das Beste, die ganze Insel Skopelos ist so phantastisch relaxed (auf jeden Fall in der Vorsaison). Tip: Die "Skopeloser" sind zurückhaltend und können lärmende und allzu forsche Menschen nicht leiden. Sie sind neugierig auf ihre Gäste und kommen auf einen zu, wenn man ihnen Zeit gibt.

Amazing host

The hotel was in a wonderful location for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed very much sitting on the balcony overlooking the marina watching the sunset (and indeed the amazing lightening storm one night). Our host was excellent, he could not have done more for us during our stay, any questions or issues and he dealt them immediately. On an island where all the locals were always friendly and helpful Dimitri still stood out. Could not recommend more.

Overlooking the sea

The hotel was in a great position. The room was clean and had everything you needed. If you're looking for simple and clean this is the place. It doesn't have a traditional feel to it though so if you like quirky places to stay this won't fit the bill.

Wasps spoil holiday

Quiet little place pebbly beaches. Handy bus stop ,super markets and restaurants. Unfortunately the towns we stayed at were all invaded with wasps which made eating outdoors hazardous. Apparently this was an unusual occurrence

Sjarmerende Elios

Sjarmerende sted i havna i Elios. Fantastiske strender i gangavstand, mulighet for å leie kajakk på nærmeste strand, kort vei til "supermarked", den lokal bakeren og blide, hyggelige mennesker alle steder. Noe begrenset med spisesteder, men greit nok for en uke. Husverten er på jobbe sent og tidlig og ordner opp i alt du måtte ønske. Totalt sett en god og avslappende ferie.

Magical!

Anna Maria - Vanessa Luxury Apartments and Suites was perfect for us. Our room was clean, comfortable and very relaxing. We loved our balcony and enjoyed breakfast there every morning while watching the village come to life as well as beautiful sunsets before dinner. Dimitris was a spectacular host. He always greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile and went the extra mile to ensure that whatever we wanted to do(tours, rentals) was perfect. We loved staying in Neo Klima and enjoyed the calm environment which it offered. Everyone was friendly and we were always greeted with smiles, from the bakery, supermarket, restaurants and passersby. We found the location of Neo Klima to be perfect, allowing easy and close access to the best beaches and coast on the island. We are hoping to return next year and stay at Anna Maria - Vanessa Luxury Apartments and Suites. This is a place I would recommend to all. Hope you enjoy! Thank you Dimitris for such a wonderful stay :)

Simply perfect!

Stayed in a junior suite on the upstairs floor because my original room wasn't available, lucky me! The sunset from the balcony was awesome! The staff was extremely friendly! Great location, very quiet in the small village of Neo Klima (at least when I was there)!

The most relaxing holiday I have ever taken. Plenty of chilling space, lovely restaurants and drinking places. the owners were lovely and looked after us well. a piece of paradise, we will be back!

Vi hadde noen fantastiske dager på Anna Maria - Vanessa Apartments. Mange takk til Dimitri som gjorde alt for at vi skulle ha en fin ferie. Rommet var topp, renhold og service meget bra. Kan anbefale dette til alle.

al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dal titolare della struttura, ci ha evidenziato i locali e le zone delle spiagge da visitare. In dem Hotel fanden wir alles, was uns den Aufenthalt extrem angenehm machte, würde dort jederzeit wieder hinfahren und kann es nur empfehlen.

Lovely place, lovely apartment, even better owners

Fantastic holiday dimitri and Katherine were incredible hosts, so helpful and friendly. The apartment was lovely and clean, very nicely appointed. Skopelos is a great island, lots of lovely restaurants and bars, crystal clear seas and clear blue skies. We loved the whole holiday experience, there is a bus route that helps you explore the island, lots of lovely little villages and beaches to explore. The apartments Anna Maria Vanessa were the perfect base to explore from and the hosts were simply the best. Dimitri and Katherine we will be back! John and Janet Kerns

It's was truly special

My wife and I will rank all future getaways against this property in terms of friendliness, location, cleanliness and helpfulness. Elios is gorgeous and just the right size town in that you truly feel you're getting away from it all. Will go back eventually and more than once while Mr Dimitris is the owner/manager of the property.
