Checking in was a breeze, the staff were super helpful. The room was lovely and clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious, it could have a bigger menu but what I got was ample and very tasty.

We couldnt stay at the "hotel", when we arrived there we got harrased by old people who lived there, the building where the hotel is located is shared with a hospital for psychologist treatment, we tried to cancel it and the owner refused even tho we had proof of the guy who assaulted us, my girlfriend ...

Difficult check in, further away from the city and airport so longer distance. Clean room, no instructions for the oven which was difficult to use, bed was ok.

the place is clean and handy to go around the transportation was very convenient and most of all the staff are very good especially the staff from the restaurant thank you all.

We visited the shopping mall located near the hotel. It had a variety of shops and places to get coffee and something to eat. The train station was not far too. The hotel was located conveniently to travel around Stockholm.
