"This location is wildly different from the other Hilton Garden Inn's in the vicinity, albeit just as expensive. There were limited walkable locations to eat & there was a guest on my floor screaming bloody murder/slamming doors all evening. I was afraid to leave my room.
Luckily I stayed at the Scottsdale location for the majority of my trip - I only "slept" one night here due to a flight cancellation. In future, I would head back to Scottsdale before setting foot into this location again. The...

"It’s very very bad and I did not choose to stay that night. I booked it with Expedia and when I arrived I waited for so long because the reception cannot find the booking for the family before me. I got the room card then found the room so dirty and with the bad lock, without basic safety how could you stay there? The front desk offered to change room but I refused and contacted Expedia for refund, but hotel refused to do refund."

"I was not able to utilize the pool because the key card did not work when I attempted to open it multiple times. The walkways need to be cleaned and swept outside of the rooms. The entire room needs to be renovated from the broken shower to the cracks of insulation that show in all of the roof corners that actually allow for airflow to come into the room and decrease insulation."
