Service was great - friendly and helpful. However, room was dirty (soda and other food specs on walls), towels were dirty - we requested new towels and while those were 'new' they also had brown spots on them. Faucet/shower water was not cold, which is hard to handle in the Arizona heat, In the confirmation email from the hotel, free light breakfast was listed, upon checkin I found out that is not something offered which was unexpected. There is free coffee and an ice machine!

The staff was very attentive. However, our room had a foul odour, the toilet still had feces on it from the previous guest and the shower drain was clogging up. It was definitely one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at.

Unfortunate pick

I did not stay. The room wasn’t as stated on site. Older room broken fixtures gross microwave. Dingy bathroom don’t take your shoes off anywhere. Didn’t feel safe in the area.
