"As of April 24, this hotel is undergoing major renovations. I was fortunate to stay in a newly renovated room. It was very nice. Beautiful new furniture. Lovely headboard with great lighting. The new windows are incredibly sound proof. If I have the opportunity to stay in Laval again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"Room and hotel was as expected. Cramped and bed is slightly uncomfortable but this us one of the cheapest options in the area (with parking!). I had to kill a cockroach however and the sink tap was quite weak. You truly get what you pay for so not really complaining here."

"The reception had no change for the vending machine and the vending machines were a joke. The drinks machine had bottled water and iced tea, the other options were empty. The food vending machine only had gum and Halls. Nothing to eat. Arriving from a long flight, late at night, it would have been nice to get something to eat. In the room, there was a lamp on the nightstand between the 2 double beds, but it was unplugged no outlet to plug it behind the nightstand and anywhere close to...

"Clean room "

"We had a great stay at this hotel. We are on the second floor facing the pool and river-it had great views, and it was nice watching the wildlife in the trees. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning unit worked really well and we were able to get it very cold for a good sleep. The bathroom was spacious with a nice Jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was good as well. The only cons were the room was a little tight and there was only one seat to sit in and no desk or table....

"Breakfast menu was ok, room was beautiful - lots of space, heated bathroom floor, full size shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap. Room was warm enough (still a cool spring in Montreal). The staff was very professional and friendly."
