"The property and room would have been excellent except for the bed bug my daughter found the morning we were checking out. Staff was sympathetic but could only offer an email address for me to send my pictures to. I had to thoroughly inspect our belongings, bag everything, and wash everything as soon as we could. My stay was to be in Sacramento near my husband who had been medi-flighted from Modesto, so it was a stressful situation to begin with. This didn’t help. I emailed the company and haven’t received a response."

"The main issue I came across was the tv didn’t work, we were unsure about wifi and the faucet turn on valve was loose making it harder to use. We always had parking infront of our room and check in and check out was super fast and simple. The staff we interacted with for check in/out were super nice and helpful about food options around us. We absolutely plan to stay here for our trip out next time"

"First off, the office wasnt even open to check in... No sign saying the hours ... Nothing just closed, its a old turn key project for the homeless there was trash everywhere, roosters running around, the gate was broken. And when i tried to call the number, of course i had problems getting ahold of someone, they kept hanging up on me. tried to cancel but couldn't cause it was after 3pm, and of course NO REFUND! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING THERE!! I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY THEY ACCEPT RESERVATIONS."
