"We were in the Guesthouse which is the 'budget' rooms of The Hey Hotel. Room was clean, beds comfy, excellent breakfast. View from both our rooms was out onto the roof terrace of the next door building about a metre away. The rooms would benefit from a voile curtain for privacy without drawing curtains. This didn't really spoil our 2 night stay as we were only in the room to sleep. Easy access to Ost station, No 21 bus. And walkable to West Station."

"Wilderswil is an adorable town in close proximity to Interlaken, which makes the hotel an ideal base for exploring. The hotel itself is beautiful. It retains much of its coaching inn heritage. Breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of offerings. One thing to note: because it is a heritage property close to the mountains, it retains heat. In the recent heatwave, this made our east-facing room rather hot, even with the fan, so we spent our evenings walking around town to cool off."

"We arrived early, before check in time, and the receptionist accommodated us and checked us in so early:). The next day we went out for a day trip and the cleaning staff probably noticed my 50th bday decoration, so when we arrived I have a birthday cup cake 🎂 and a birthday card for my birthday. Such a heartwarming gestures. Would love to comeback."

"Older hotel that has not been renovated but was clean and the beds were comfy (most important!). Decent amount of space in the room. Disappointed that the AC was not working during a heat wave. The pool looked really nice. Overalll a nice stay and happy breakfast was included. I understand it is high season but not what I would call worth $400/night."

"We loved the welcome to Switzerland hospitality here at Hotel Alpenblick. We chose to walk the 1/2 mile from the train station filling up our waters at the fountains along the way. It’s a heat wave! Pretty walk. The hotel staff greeted us and helped us with a map of the area and gave us hotel info. Our hotel room was clean and well cared for. We appreciated the shower and water in the room. No A/C (we knew ahead of time so brought a travel fan) but the breeze helps keep the room cool with the windows open. Breakfast was amazing! Meats and cheese and fresh bread and fruit and hard boiled eggs. The coffee was the best! Such a great experience. Simple yet lovely. Breakfast staff was a little grumpy but we read reviews and it’s all exterior just keep on and they show so much kindness and hospitality."

"Stayed here for three nights when visiting Interlaken and nearby attractions. Hotel is just across the bridge from the Interlaken West station so it was easy to walk with big suitcase. View from the hotel was excellent. The hotel building is old architectural but well maintained. Apparently some remodeling were being done to few sections but there is no inconvenience. Hotel lobby looks nice and staff are great. Room was good size and don’t feel cramped even after keeping two big and two small suitcases. Bathroom is of good size. The shampoo and body wash are provided in small pouches which is minor inconvenience but ok. The breakfast included is nice and have good choices. Couple of fans were provided and used few times as it wasn’t that hot. But it could be a problem if it is really hot weather. Overall experience is great hotel , great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay."
