"Where to begin. The host did not tell you how to lock the apt door upon leaving. When you called the number given, the person answering (NY based) did not know how. Upon trying a second time, the woman answering thankfully did know. The apt. smelled strongly of Mr. Clean and the smell never dissipated. Loved the second floor coffee, snack area, it was nice to get bottled water and snacks at our convenience. The staff was very good at directing and getting us taken care of throughout our stay."
