"I stayed one night prior to my flight back to the USA. My stay exceeded my expectations. It is a motel (which I prefer to a hotel) with parking in front of the room. The property has multiple access points with minimal security. It is also on the corner of two busy roads, but I felt safe. The room was very comfortable and clean with nice linens and a comfortable bed. The air conditioner worked great and there were at least 20 channels on the tv. "No issues with the room for one night. Few fixtures not up to standard, eg towel rail and shower screen roller wheels."

"Pros: Great window view; customer service prompt and courteous; buffet breakfast was more than adequate; location close to a bus hub; and the hotel is located across the street from a “Soapbox” for self-serve clothes laundering. Cons: no electrical outlet in the bathroom and was I was not given the room I paid for but I thought I had negotiated a mutually acceptable lower rate with management. "Clean room, great location and friendly helpful staff. "

"Was disappointed during my last stay, and had hoped things had improved this stay. It’s obvious some renovation has happened but sadly the main building and ‘beach’ pool need a refurb. We did have some positive staff interactions but overall staff need to pay attention to detail - gardens and grounds (bottles left in flower beds, nappy on the lawn). Had to follow up on things. Still a beautiful location though."

"One night stay for airport transfer - did not use the shuttle bus (late in early out). Taxi was about $40 - $50 each way - so need to factor into booking. Easy after hours check-in with great communication about the process. "

"Cheap accommodation near the airport, easy commute for an early flight. Very limited parking available, so street parking may be required. Security cameras in all corridors, to make it safer. A few stairs to climb, but there is an elevator to get your luggage up if you happen to be on the top floor. "

"No air conditioning and walls seemed very thin and could hear people in the room below talking late into the night. We needed something close to the airport for an early flight and this served the purpose "

"The boom gate on the car park was not working when we arrived but was repaired by the time we left. One of the two lifts was not working for all of our stay. Our bathroom sink plug was stuck but one of the staff managed to dislodge it. "
