"Gorgeous hotel. Lockwood restaurant has really good food and friendly staff. The rest of the hotel staff though, all seemed irritated every time I interacted with them. I was just surprised at how unprofessional the staff was in such a nice hotel. They will give you a $25 “credit” at the spa per day, so book something well in advance of you don’t want to just lose $25/day. "
