"This is a five star hotel in the Bronx. If you are driving, there a limited number of free gated guest parking on a first come first serve basis, which was a pleasant surprise to me since I was already prepared to pay for parking in a 3rd party garage. I loved this place."

"I have stayed here 3 times already in 2026. The worst part about this Hotel is the parking, as almost every review has said... it’s first come first serve. So just know if you leave your spot it will be gone within 2 mins. You can either find another spot, who knows where.. or wait around for someone to leave and just steal theirs. The staff doesn’t say much but they’re not rude. Anytime I’ve asked for something they’ve been quick to get it to me. Not sure why it says the place is sound proof, it definitely is not. If you’re looking for a quiet nights sleep maybe don’t stay here on a weekend. I honestly think this place is great for younger people or people who don’t get too upset about anything. The neighbourhood seems just fine to me, at night and during the day. Anyways, I’ll be staying again. "

"The hotel was very updated and comfortable. We had to park in the back up parking lot due to our late arrival but that worked out fine. The staff was very attentive."

"The hotel oversold the rooms and apparently that means the hotel gets to pick and choose who they want to lie to. My room was supposed to be ready at 12, it wasn’t. I literally chose to come stay here because of the bar. Unfortunately I couldn’t see past the horrible front desk experience. I was hoping to like this place so that my family and friends would have a comfortable stay while in NYC. I will never stay here again or subject people that I love to this place. The room I was promised was not what I was given. The lady tried to gaslight me and manipulate the situation. People think I’m extremely young but I’m not and try to treat me poorly based on my appearance. Save yourself the headaches and don’t book here. Here’s the list of things that were not working: the TV wouldn’t go any louder than like a quarter of the volume, there was no refrigerator unless you want to pay $10 per day, there’s one microwave on a certain floor, the noise from the street and sirens at all hours of the day and night, and the food gave me food poisoning. This was my first impression of Harlem and it’s not a good one."
