"Great"

"The hotel was well positioned nearby plenty of restaurants/bars, ferry station and even full blown grocery store. Also an incredible breakfast at a great value (thank you Ms. Finland for the special order of watermelon). However, what most impressed me was the quality of service/attention demonstrated by every staff member I interacted with. This is a 4-star hotel operated a 6-star staff. I will definetley recommend to friends and family when visiting. Thank you!!"

"Excellent customer service with a particular shout out to Sunny, Wictoria, gentleman at the pool and the team at the concierge. ( sincere apologies for not remembering your names!) Hard working staff during the breakfast rush and at the restaurants. The wonderful staff are the true gems of the place. Very clean facilities. Indoor and outdoor pool available and a gym. There are 2 delicious restaurants on site and plenty of restaurant options right outside the resort. We didn’t travel out at...

"Rooms were really clean, views from a high floor room great, great breakfast, the staff took extra care to provide a true 5-star experience and accommodate whatever we asked about. The only downside was noise from a neighbouring construction site but it didn't bother us as we got up early to have a good use of the short daylight time at this season. Oh, and the gym is proper too."
